The Minds & Elephant Book Club

Learning by reading is one of the most important pillars of development and personal growth. Finding and reading the right literature encourages self-learning enthusiasts to become more reflected and competent in their personal and work life. This is why we established the Minds & Elephant Book Club, the platform for those who want to broaden their horizon in the Book Club semester topics and to jointly build up a smart library.

What’s in it for me?

Over the span of five months, we will read, reflect and share our experience on the according topic as like-minded people with Jörg as the moderator. You always have the chance to propose and recommend your own literature tips and add to the conversation in discussion forums.

Not only are the books recommended and discussed generally relevant to the topic, they will also serve a purpose in helping you evolve and further develop. The book club is open for both young learners and experienced thinkers so we can benefit from each other’s ways of thinking, common ideas and gain advice for work and life.

How it works

The Book Club happens in five online sessions. In the welcome meeting, Jörg will personally go through the reading list and his personal recommendations with all participants and you will elaborate on the core topic of the semester. Book talks, reflecting on what was read and insightful conversations will happen in the following three online discussions.

The Club closes with a final Q&A session and a concluding topic reflection. The discussion forum is open 24/7 during the semester where you will be able to discuss, post more literature and initiate conversations outside of the group sessions.
